BadamiCoders (SMC-Private) Limited (“we”, “our”, or “us”) operates the Kids Learning App mobile application. This app is a dedicated educational platform for children to learn alphabets, numbers, colors, and basic math in a safe environment.

Kids Learning App is designed for children under the age of 13. We are committed to protecting children’s privacy and aim to comply with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and the Google Play Families Policy.

3. Permissions & Device Features

To ensure maximum safety, the App does not request sensitive permissions such as:

Text-to-Speech (TTS)

The app uses the device’s built-in system Text-to-Speech (TTS) engine for educational audio. Audio processing happens locally on the device, and no voice recordings are stored or transmitted by us.

4. Local Storage

User progress (such as Math Quiz scores and learning history) is stored locally on the device.

• This data is not shared publicly.
• Some technical analytics and crash-related information may be transmitted securely to Firebase services for app improvement purposes.
• Parents can remove locally stored data at any time by clearing app storage or uninstalling the application.

5. No Third-Party Advertising

Kids Learning App is ad-free. We do not use advertising SDKs or behavioral advertising technologies.

6. External Links

The App may contain limited external links, including:

These links may redirect users outside of the App, such as to the Google Play Store or a web browser.

The external links are intended for parents or guardians. We encourage parental supervision when children interact with any external content or leave the App.
